Warranty
Our 24-month international limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that may arise during normal everyday use within the warranty period. Marleo will assume all costs associated with repairing or replacing any defective pieces.
The warranty period is valid for 24 months from the date marked on the included warranty card. During this time, Marleo will handle all warranty work through our Australian watchmaker repair specialist.
Yes, the warranty coverage is transferable in private sales, but with limitations. The coverage will remain valid; however, the owner will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with repairs. No special steps are required to transfer the warranty.
The warranty does not cover repairs necessitated by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorised repair attempts. Additionally, it excludes damages resulting from normal wear and tear, neglect of the owner's manual instructions, water damage caused by user error, and magnetisation of the watch movement, among other conditions.
The warranty excludes the watch case, glass, crown, straps, and any damage caused by excessive use or conditions exceeding water resistance limitations.

Shipping
For orders within Australia, we provide Australia Post Express Shipping as standard, included with every order. For international orders, we offer free DHL international shipping on every purchase.
Please note when purchasing your watch for export, your local duties will be collected by the transporter before delivery (In Australia and the USA, taxes and customs fees are included in the price of your order).
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, please allow 3-5 business days for orders within Australia to arrive and 5-7 business days for international orders. Upon placing your order, you will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email to track the progress of your shipment.
Items are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In Australia and in the USA, taxes and customs fees are included in the price of your order.
Outside these countries, taxes and customs fees are not included. You may be subject to local duty/import taxes, if they apply (please check before placing your order). These taxes will be claimed on behalf of local customs by our carrier prior to delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the amount of these charges in advance and advise you to contact the duty services in your country to obtain an estimated duty amount and the base rate of VAT. If the taxes and customs fees are not paid, your order will be returned to us.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. Please inform us within 14 days of receiving the product about your intention to return it. Return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, in which case shipping will be covered by us.
All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective films and tags attached and in the sleeve cover). If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked, a refund will only be granted on the watch. Please note that all returned watches are examined under a high level of magnification to check for surface scratches due to the highly polished nature of a number of our cases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at contact@marleo.com.au to inform us of your intention to return the item and receive instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

No. Marleo does not offer credit terms or other alternative payment plan options.
Your payment will be taken at the checkout.
All major payment cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Watches
Marleo watch cases differ in size depending on the model. All watch case sizes are in the specification section on every watch product page.
Marleo watches have several different levels of water resistance. You can find the relevant water resistance of a model on the product page of the website, in the manual, or on the watch’s case back.
With all our watches, please check that the crown is correctly pushed in or screwed down before exposing your watch to water. We also strongly advise you against showering with your watch. This is because the heat of the water and the chemicals in soaps can damage the gaskets that keep a watch water-resistant. It is also advisable to rinse a watch in cold fresh water after using it in salt water, as the salt can start to corrode the metal. Lastly, do not operate a chronograph underwater. Doing so can allow water to enter the watch.
Gently wipe off the front and back of the watch case using a clean and slightly damp cloth. You can also use a clean, slightly damp toothbrush to remove more stubborn dirt. Dry and polish your watch with a superfine microfibre cloth. Do not use chemicals to clean your watch.
Straps
All of our straps are fitted with quick-release spring bars, which allows you to easily change the look of your watch in seconds without the use of a tool.
All our straps fit men's and women's wrist sizes 16cm-23cm.
Clean straps regularly with specially formulated leather care balm. Do not submerge them in water.
Gently wipe the bracelet using a clean and slightly damp cloth. You can also use a clean, slightly damp toothbrush to remove more stubborn dirt. Dry and polish your watch with a superfine microfibre cloth. Do not use chemicals to clean your metal bracelet.
Servicing
All component parts are manufactured from the best materials. However, some parts are subject to natural wear. This is why we recommend that you have a maintenance service carried out on your watch every 2-3 years. We recommend using a reputable watch technician who has experience with MIYOTA movements.
